Can I upgrade to full service?

Yes. You may upgrade to a full-service listing at any time, and your initial $495 flat-fee may be credited toward the upgrade based on the terms offered at that time.

Who handles negotiations?

Under this limited-service program, the seller handles buyer communication and negotiations. The brokerage does not negotiate on your behalf unless you upgrade to a full-service option or add a specific negotiation service, if available.
